The Osatia track you embedded is pretty good. I hadn't heard of the band. I liked it enough that I added the album on Apple Music and just finished listening through it now so here are some track by track thoughts:

The album opening title track 'All in Time' is Aesthetically pleasing. 'Atlantis' also opens nicely. These two tracks hit me the same in that they each packed a glancing blow only. The tracks are both unquestionably good but didn't make me feel much of anything anyway and I can't pinpoint why. They've got the right energy, some solid instrumentals and the vocals don't trouble me. Is it vocal delivery or is it a pacing issue or is the issue just me?

Some days I listen to music and everything sounds like it got a +10 boost in enjoyability and other days everything I listen to sounds somewhat disconnected. Maybe today isn't a good listening day? ‍♂️

Track 3, 'Lose My Number', was the first on the record that I felt any connection. Whereas the first 2 just missed this hit center mass and I still can't tell you why.

The next two tracks, 'Anxiety' & 'Inevitable' are both solid tracks individually but blend together on back to back listen. Vocally the singer has emoted better from tracks 3-5 thus far.

Track 6, "We Care" was meant to be deep but I'm not feeling anything. The singer definitely gives me Pierce the Veil vibes at times in this track and throughout the album. The acoustic version of this track at the end is so much better than this version that it makes me seriously question why the acoustic wasn't put in the 6 spot and this version left off. Strategically speaking, I'd have moved this track smack in between Anxiety & Inevitable in acoustic form to break up the album a bit better and tossed this version out the window. The acoustic bonus is maybe the best thing on the album except for the final track in my opinion.

'Wasting My Life' is the standout track this record needed. Easily the best vocal performance on the record which is full of delivery diversity and showcases both low and high clean ranges as well as raspy and even screamed moments. I also found that my ears were finally being drawn to the lyrics while in other tracks that wasn't the case.

What's interesting to me this band has all the potential in the world and this is a solid release that a lot of people will love. For reference sake, this review is similar to how I would review many Circa Survive records. I have trouble connecting to CS on any level.

RIYL: Circa Survive, Pierce the Veil, Picturesque and others within that realm of sound.

Wow, thanks for writing this out. Hopefully some other people decide to give it the same shot you did. I've seen a lot of comparisons to Sleeping With Sirens' old stuff as well. And I completely agree with "Wasting My Life" being the standout track there, and most of your other comments too (though I do have a special connection with "We Care", but that could be due to me having a good number of friends/family with addiction and other disorders).
