Milwaukee band, highly enjoyable screamo/post-hardcore

New Heavenly Blue record (fka Youth Novel) is real good. Michigan skrams/metalcore on Secret Voice (label run by Jeremy Bolm)

 

A bit late to the party this time, but I'm catching up today with Aaron West, Maggie Rogers, METZ, and a few others. I've just got back from a small tour of mine, and I very rarely plug anything of my own on here, but my band has released a new album on a cool record label here in Poland, that I'm pretty proud of (as far as standard guitar/noise/emo playing goes)

Inspired by SDRE, Braid, Jimmy Eat World, Hot Rod Circuit, not sure how it actually sounds ;d

 

hell yes, I knew this band was from someone from here and I couldn’t remember who. Think I was getting it mixed with another band, because the sound on this album is not like what I thought and I LOVE it. A lot of really good stuff this past week I wanna give serious time to: Garden Home, Vermona Kids, Foxblood and Eidola.

 

So cool, thank you! It does sound a bit different than the previous stuff, but I'm also surprised somebody here has been familiar with the name and all, nice!
