The new songs were fantastic live last night. I'll get some video from the set online in the next few days and share it here.

Have listened to the new album a couple times through but haven't really dug it. Seeing em tonight though so maybe that'll change my perception. Excited to see all the ones off TDB regardless

AM! was awesome last night, first time seeing em. Shortened set from this tour since it was a festival, and they actually ended over 12 minutes early and didn't do an encore. New songs sounded good and as expected I found myself liking the album more on the ride home. Have no voice from the TDB songs and Thrash Unreal lol

Not quite TDB but most things aren't, this album rips and is a fantastic addition to their back catalog.

    Give what you can.

I was at the show as well and still can't get over how fucking good they sound live. I've seen em probably 6 or 7 times now and they have to be in the top 5 of the most consistently tight bands I can think of. And yeah like you said, the new songs came off just as scorching as the rest of their set. So glad they played Rebecca- my first thought when I heard that one on the record was how fun it'd be to see live, and they did not disappoint.

The guitar riff on 333 reminds me of SNL's I Wish it was Christmas Today. It's one of my favorites on the album but that always cracks me up.

I don't think this is as good as TDB but I also don't think that matters. WC is my fav tho so you probably just wanna disregard anything I say wrt this band anyway

The record never once slows down - it's literally non-stop, energetic, frenetic punk rock. It's awesome.

  23. idk if i understand what you mean by "the energy doesn't match it." this record is full of energy.

i also don't find this record to be terribly different sonically from tdb. the content takes a bit of a shift and songs like Crash and Norse Truth are a bit of a change but otherwise these are mostly just bare, intense, loud rock tunes
