Reddit and general commentary on the suit seem to be pretty "lol" about it. I read the claim and it seems actually kind of solid. If in fact Harvey has never been to jail, is not a convicted stalker, was not accused of harassing a police officer, all of which could be easily backed up with evidence, then I'd be inclined to think her case has legs. Stuff like "I didn't sexually assault Richard Gadd" and "I didn't lurk outside his residence for days on end" is maybe harder to prove, but still...
