Oh, I did read it. I just didnt understand which way to read it - I dont watch Bill Maher (I know him obviously), but I just didn't get the humor in it.

It wouldve helped, I bet, had I known the person imitating... its ok. I like Fred :)

2. There is no “extreme left” influencing this perception. The zeitgeist Seinfeld was a part of has passed and people just find different things funny.

 

If anything the notes on scripts to change jokes are coming from hyper corporate concerns about offending any potential market, and I promise they’re not the extreme left, jerry

 

Seinfeld is like a crazy clean show by 2024 standards.

 

Also, I’m tired of people asking Jerry his opinion on the state of entertainment. Like dude is an out of touch billionaire who wasn’t even the brains behind his biggest success and his permanent personality is “Oh great, I shook your hand and now I gotta wash it…”, what actual insight are you gonna get out of him?
