Apparently he cut a deal with prior prosecutors whereby he would agree to testify in one of his accusers’ civil case in exchange for the prosecutors not then criminally charging him and using that testimony against him. Then the prosectors changed over and the new prosecutors charged him anyway. So essentially, the trial that found him guilty should never have even happened in the first place.

Absolutely ridiculous. He should rot in a cell forever.

I have no stake in defending Chris Kattan, but TMZ is so shitty. Nothing in that article points to him going "full anti-masker." He didn't go on any sort of tirade. He may have been inebriated, his lawyer could be lying, but it sounds like he was genuinely sick/struggling and still tried to put a mask on. Idk, maybe I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because TMZ just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
