I used to love that circle of comedians and just can’t do it anymore. Once all their jokes became about how they’re not allowed to tell jokes anymore it fell apart. Sorry you can’t make millions on being an asshole (even though you still do.) Get better material.

I think it's mostly that many people didn't follow him to Spotify. Idk the numbers, but a huge part of Rogan's audience was on Youtube and shorter clips that were posted.

 

if you go to his Reddit page it’s largely people talking about how bad and full of shit he’s become.

And in general, I'm also just not convinced that it makes sense to be upset that a network... what is the complaint here, even? Stopped putting resources or attention into a show that had... ended?

 

Exactly! They're not required to pick up your dumb pilot because you had success before with a show that has not aged well.

 

The thing about Entourage is that it doesn’t hold up and was never good, but not because everyone’s PC now, it’s because Entourage barely qualifies as a show

 

Crazy to bring the Sopranos into it, when literally the entire point of the Sopranos is to show the moral emptiness at the heart of its characters, while the entire point of Entourage is to glorify and revel in its characters' shitty, privileged behavior.

 

The only thing I fondly remember about Entourage is that they have to drive to another part of Southern California and Drama packs like they are crossing the desert. I stopped watching after the Medellin premiere.
