    Making polenta is a lot of work.. baking it into bread/cake after is the easy part haha. Polenta was the first solidish thing I ate after I had my tonsils taken out a few years ago. So good.

    100% changed my life. 100%. Do it.

    I've never felt a worse pain than trying to drink water and feeling the scrabs in my throat slowly wash away, but it was worth it.

    Usually I'm getting five guys and not Chinese or something... but I'm definitely going to try some Thai food the next time I'm hungover (probably Saturday morning).
