I fell asleep in shyams thread last night, then had a dream that he got banned for tricking people into clicking a porn link.

 

I think I would feel better if it was a mental illness because then maybe people would take mental ilness a lot more srsly, get proper care for them, and not leave them out in the street. that's the flipside to the argument, there are certainly criminals that appropriate mental illness in order to try to escape a harsh sentence, or at least serve it outside of a general population/somewhere where more care and luxury will be afforded to them. it's rough.

 

I hope to fuck it’s not a mental illness. That’ll stigmatize it even more. Just call him a hateful fucker and be the end of it. My depression has nothing to do with how I treat others. My anxiety has nothing to do with actions I take.

it does for me on both fronts. on a much smaller level, mind you. but depression isolates me, makes me less likely to return acknowledgment or follow through with plans. anxiety makes me much more likely to overanalyze my words and apologize for everything. i get you though.

 

I think it would be more likely to be something like hearing voices, hallucinations...that kind of thing. But same here my depression and anxiety shy me away from people more than anything

Stop allowing big pharma to sky rocket drug prices, stop taking people's insurance away and then people could afford and stick to their treatment. I'm mainly broke from my treatment. It's insane. It won't fix all problems but it would help.
