Also anyone who hasn’t had a Z-Man with fries from the gas station KC Joe’s is living an incomplete life.

I’ve had Texas bbq and they do brisket pretty well and that’s about it, but Memphis bbq is just a hot plate of shit slathered in watered down sauce

we have a school called Mop & Bucket Co in Schenectady, and there's a yearly improv jam in Albany. i've seen some great and some awful

 

I went to a sketch show once in LA with Eva where one of the sketch groups cancelled and an improv group took their place, it was fun

 

have you read his book?? it's been on my shelf for months and i need to read it because i'm sure it's a treasure

Texas is for beef rib, brisket, sausage. A proper Texas beef rib will destroy your world. You'll never be the same. We also got the best beef in the nation obvs.

KC is for baby backs. The briskets not right by comparison.

Memphis is for pork ribs and pulled pork.

And I've had better baby backs in Texas than the KC places I've had...

Don't care nearly as much about pork ribs or pulled pork but that's just me.
