yo fucking same, I almost wanna just stay sober bc for a bit bc I feel like a month of not smoking will help me she'd 15 pounds or something. but these 2.5 days have been v long so not happening

Sounds like a lot, I guess, but it's 14 grams between 2 people. Only a gram a day per person.

 

Guess that makes sense, usually get that to last me 3-4 weeks though.

 

Yeah, I know people that can stretch a gram for months. I guess they don't smoke daily and/or only need a hit or two to be good. Wish my tolerance was that low again.

 

I go through a little over a gram a week nowadays. I used to go through a lot more but it just isn’t as fun when my tolerance is too high. Plus it starts getting expensive haha. I don’t wanna spend more on weed than I do on groceries.

Also while I’m here, I’m considering purchasing a cigarette style one hitter. For anyone who’s relied on one, how much should I expect to spend on a decent one? The ones I’ve seen online look too cheap to last. If I smoke semi-daily, when should I expect to have to replace it?

They'll last a while. They're cheap because there's really just not much to them. The problem I've always had with them is that they're (depending on the style) hard to load, hard to clear/clean out and don't taste great. They're fine for sneaking a quick hit. I used to use one all the time working at restaurants. So easy to just sneak a couple hits when taking out the trash or whatever.

 

Yeah, discretion is the goal for me. I’m in a criminalized state and my apt complex is crawling with security, resident cops, and cameras (it is a nightmare lol).

I read online that resin build-up actually makes it hit better. I like a harsher hit so maybe I won’t clean it as often? Idk. Alcohol and pipe cleaners are always an option.

Oh another question — does it smell less strongly? Obviously lighting up weed is gonna smell but I’m used to blunts and I don’t think it gets any stronger than that right?

 

Its gonna smell but only for the few seconds you have it lit and are smoking. With a blunt it just keeps burning so its keeps smelling.

 

Has anyone gotten an oil cartridge that just plain won't work? I can taste the flavor but I don't feel even the tiniest heat or feel like I'm getting a hit. It's really dark brown oil, but idk. Signs of a bad coil?

 

Just packed and smoked my first bowl now I have my Cali id and can get it easily. Think I need some practice

 

man I can't believe I used to only go through an eight a month. 3.5 fucking grams a month. that was only like a year and a half-2 years ago. now I am at a gram a day pretty much. damn. tolerance and being able to smoke regularly/frequently/openly at my own place is real.

It just took me soo long to find this thread in the “followed threads” and i finally realized it’s because I unfollowed it a month ago when I got a possession and paraphernalia charge. anyway passed a drug test today and got the case dismissed and am now puffing on my moms gpen so life is good.

Weirdest thing is that it is in a legal state where they arrested him, but I guess they found evidence of selling over state lines and they're charging him on federal laws instead of state. Poor guy.

To be fair, he wasn't really smart about it. Apparently he had some VERRYYY nice, expensive cars parked at his house. Like, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth.

But yeah seriously, poor dude. Seized by the feds. Fuck Jeff Sessions. This happened less than two months after Maine's top federal prosecutor said they'd start only going after "hard" drugs, not marijuana users.

I'm definitely not complaining on my end, I know my guy should be able to find a new connect, and I always have my old one from my home town 45 minutes away, so I really just feel bad for the guy.

It really is fucked up, but so true. I have no idea what his race is, but he's in his 50s which is a pretty damn sad time for this to happen- potentially being locked up until your 70s for weed
