Okay so all this pricing talk has me thinking. I used to pay $40/8th or $80/quarter back in the day (early 2000s). Sometimes $50/90.

These days at my dispensary it's $32-50/8th before tax which comes out to like $42-66ish

 

my usual dealer does an eighth for 35, quarter for 60. he'll usually also have some great stuff that's a little more expensive. this dealer was 50 for an eighth, 90 for a quarter, but knocked it down to 75 for a quarter cause we have a mutual friend

 

Can you use a credit card at dispensaries?

 

If you can use your credit card at an ATM I believe you can. Not sure about dispensaries outside MA but here they have to process it essentially as an ATM withdrawal because of banking laws and the dubious legality of cannabis sales.

 

With MA at least you can use debit cards, I don’t think they accept credit, but like @skogsraet said they have to run it as an ATM transaction. Still an option if you’d like to avoid cash.

 

You can only use debit cards, no credit cards. In Michigan it depends on which bank you use because of how they interact with the federal gov't. I've had my credit union debit card work, then stop working. Last I knew PNC debit cards were working where I go.

 

Just bought my first vape and got a stupid question. If I'm vaping flower, is the flower useless afterwards? Could I stick it in a bong afterwards to get more of it?

 

Ive heard you can use to make edibles. My vaped weed can be pretty ashy so i just throw it out.

 

See mine comes out a bit ashy but still a bit greeny-yellow. I've heard the edibles thing by making cannabutter but I really wouldn't know where to start

Technically no, since it's still illegal at the federal level and companies would get busted for facilitating purchases BUT

if you name your dispensary something not weed related, there's a chance a payment company would allow it. I've charged weed here in California many times. My current dispensary used to take credit but their payment company got wise so now it's CannPay and PIN debit

 

Make edibles or crank the temp on your vape and vape the material again. Bong is a no go.

Edit:still green? Vape it again!

 

Smoking it after vaping it is gonna be nasty, but I would definitely save it for making edibles.

i know nothing about vaped weed. i bought a vape with the hose set up off amazon like 8 years ago. it was so cheap i don't think it actually worked...never really got high from it. i totally forgot about it until now.

 

Had a 1/4 left but stocked up on another 1/2 just in case. (Probably won’t be enough either.)
