I don’t know what platform you’re on but it was because they fell into the 7-13 point range. Like Yahoo has the Minnesota defense only giving up 7 points. The extra point is against Minnesota defense/ST so it counts towards that.

 

I was on the exact opposite side of that, I have both Adams & Waddle on my roster. I had a good feeling about a Waddle TD yesterday for some reason too, he was due even though the matchup wasn't ideal..

 

It’s crazy lol. I faced Waddle and McLaurin who combined for 4 catches but 3 were TD’s hahaha

 

It sounds like yahoo's standard D scoring which to me is dumb and I've pitched my league on updating the D scoring for a couple of years now. Because IIRC Yahoo does drop from 10 to 7 points for 1-6 points scored which is insane to me. You go a whole game only giving up a FG, you should get more than 7 points for that haha. I've been pushing for a more tiered system with higher scores like 15-12-10-7-4-0 or something like that, and then figure out the points brackets accordingly

 

I am not debating losing points if your defense gives up the 1-6 threshold....but in the past, Yahoo has not dinged any points associated with a touchdown that did not come against the defense. So yes, technically the ST gave up one point, but the PAT came after a touchdown that had nothing to do with the defense - so they are being punished for no real reason.

I am like, 99% confident that in the past, Yahoo did not ding the defense on those instances. This is the first time I can recall this happening, and based on what I've seen on Twitter, I am not the only one who has noticed the difference.

 

It’s why I’ve tried to push my leagues to get rid of defensive scoring. It’s so stupid.

However, no one has agreed with me and I’m stuck with starting defenses lol

 

Yeah I tried getting rid of having to start a defense as well but no one was buying it lol

 

Realized my league does have a rule I can’t bench a player, has to be a full lineup.

Went into this matchup up by 0.02 with KC defense. Should be easy. Right? Just don’t get negative points.

Fantasy Football is soooo stupid. I score 114 points (3rd highest of the week) and lose.

Guy in second place scores 68 points and wins.

 

I have no one but myself to blame for subbing out Chase Brown but I’ll say it anyways, fuck KC

 

Also fuck MHJ for being the most inconsistent ass elite player in the league
