Right, I’m pushing back on you saying that what they did was a very effective rebuild of the offense. They benched Andy Dalton and visibly tanked their way into getting Burrow and then they got the fifth overall pick due to his unfortunate injury. Don’t think there was anything “effective” about it. Nobody wants to see their franchise QB suffer a season-ending injury

I will always keep a candle lit for Will Fuller

 

Taking the correct QB in the correct year and drafting two WRs that both ended up having WR1 talent is pretty effective regardless if you lucked into those draft slots or not

Random but after looking back at history it made me cool on Nate Wiggins in this years draft, cuz he kinda has a similar long, lean profile thats 'bustable' at CB... but the potential is so enticing for teams so I get it.
