also I think the Packers should give the Jets a first rounder for Sauce Gardner

1. the packers need CB help desperately

2. the packers are shitty at drafting in the first round so why even bother

 

I'm not trying to be annoying about it - I'm just saying Sam Darnold is good and he's finally in a good situation and he's doing fucking awesome. It's an interesting sub plot and I'm sorry if I was annoying about it

this is definitely most likely but what if Darnold puts up another great season in 2025 and you find yourself in the same situation and might even alienate players/veterans on the team then

I think one side has to have a clean break this offseason and as the arguments prove above they probably should just give the keys to JJ for 2025

 

Vikings should trade Darnold away and give his money to me instead

 

It’s a weird situation for sure, if they choose wrong everyone loses their jobs

 

I would be their backup QB for like 45,000. A steal at twice the price.

 

It's been reminding me a lot of the 2008 Matt Cassel year where he was an expiring contract that played all year for an injured Brady and played really really well. They franchised him and traded him to KC along with Mike Vrabel for pick #34. Obviously an easier decision with Tom Brady coming back than J.J. but they did just invest a 1st round pick in him and obviously believe in him a lot.

 

My wife’s family are die hard Vikings fans and her brother is a MEGA Michigan fan too. He LOVES McCarthy. And on Christmas we were obviously talking about this and even he is now sorta like: “well Darnold is legit giving me the best season of my lifetime. How can I move on?”

The alienating of fans is already happening haha, but it was sorta like this with cousins last off season too.

if JJ McCarthy was also a 3 time Super Bowl champion coming back from injury it'd probably be a lot easier for Minnesota too haha

Target but a lot of stores are sold out so everyone else is pricing high

I heard there’s a store here charging $13 it’s crazy

 

18 eggs for $11 is not an insane price as far as i am used to lol
