This happened to me a few years back while we were on vacation tore out a bunch things from under the car. Since we were out of town we had a mechanic literally zip tie things back on to make it work until we got back home.

I was able to make it home but I had no idea there was damage until I got off the interstate, so a covering from the bottom just dragged on the ground the whole time. I’m going to try to remove because it’s hanging on by like one screw but I can take Sarah’s car tomorrow if I need too

I hit something in the road a few years ago and it completely fucked up my skid plate and it was dragging on the ground too. Luckily a local mechanic fixed it for like $45

 

Unfortunately, the front bumper is cracked and separated from a covering around the tire so I’m gonna have to get it fixed. On the good side, I paid for the extended warranty because it didn’t make my monthly payment much more expensive and they will reimburse me for any insurance deductible regardless of cause.

The main thing is I’m just extremely
frustrated because I had no way to avoid it.
