This is the correct way to do mexican food, mostly because the beans and side shit at most places isnt that good.

But as a husband of a vegetarian who is the primary cook, its SOOOO easy to make beans good. Stop getting that shit from a can people. Get an instant pot, some veggie stock, and never make bland beans again
