Vegas is probz the worst HC opening roster wise, only way I see ben wanting that position is if Davis lets him construct the team and rebuilds how he wants, but even then the owner seems to have unrealistic expectations for the organization and will be fired in two years anyways so it is a lil stinker of a job. that division is probably on lock for another half decade or so easily as well.

I see your point, but isn’t this what a lot of people thought about the Lions when Dan Campbell took that job? Maybe Ben Johnson wants to follow in his footsteps and try to make the same impact on another organization that’s been in the dumps for a long time now. Lofty goals, but I wouldn’t discount the Raiders simply because they’re a mess. More often than not, teams that are looking for a new head coach are a mess!
