It’s been quiet until recently. Just starting to get little brown outs, but my roommate said that there are street lights without power a block or so over.

 

Almost had a panic attack before my show. I’m gonna need to take care of myself tonight and go straight to sleep when we get back. Body keeps the score of your stress and let me tell you, the last two days really added up. I spent about two hours after load in to myself with my eyes closed and drank some water, thankfully I feel better even though not totally myself

We were having fun sight seeing Chicago and right when we got in the car my anxiety was like “HEY LONG TIME NO SEE, REUNION PARTY. WHERE YA GOIN BUDDY ITS TIME TO FEEL DIZZY AND RACY AND NAUSEOUS FOR NO REASON, try not to hyperventilate!” Hit me so randomly. But I kept it from boiling over
