Then from there they can maneuver for a deal. I can’t imagine Miami is foaming at the mouth for crazy eyes and a dude with bones made of dust at this point.

I really like Portis but idk what Miami needs. I still think Memphis is a better trade partner.

I think if MIddleton hadn't missed more games than Jimmy has in the last 2-3 years they'd maybe go for it since it is any expiring contract. But yeah they're not going to touch him with this ankle stuff still going on.

 

They can do all that in a three team trade - trading pat gets them under the apron

 

They’ll probably give a team like Detroit Pat and either some seconds and take back some future picks or nothing

 

If Memphis wants butler they’ll get butler because they have way better assets

but if it’s just Milwaukee offering the husk of Middleton and Portis Miami will either take that or see if they can work with butler the rest of the season - both are risky

 

Getting butler is highly unlikely but after getting dame ill never rule out Horst pulling a rabbit out of the hat

With Beal trade rumors circulating yet again, I just want to state again for the record that I am an all-time ball-knower

 

I can't with this team.

 

The Beal trade was only great for one of those "Suns new starting five!" trash graphics on Bleacher Report.
