Greinke as borderline is absurd

everyone loves Greinke including the writers

 

I’d say DeGrom isn’t borderline either despite his injuries but I’m sure y’all know better than me

 

Degrom is borderline if his career's best is behind him

 

David Wright being on this years ballot makes me very sad because of what could have been. Degrom is gonna be another what could have been if the rest of his career is 8-start seasons.

When the Reds got Puig, Kemp, and Alex Wood from the Dodgers it was like a weird “could this work?” hopeful vibe for fans and then Wood immediately was out for the season, Kemp rolled his eyes through a few weeks of horrible at bats, and Puig was the only sorta bright spot of that trade through decent offense and an iconic photo of him fighting the entire Pirates team by himself—and then that got quickly soured by the news of him earning an exit from MLB partly due to sexual harassment allegations. What a weird waste of time that trade ended up being.

 

Even more bizarre is that trade that sent him to Cleveland and the Reds got Trevor Bauer. Considering the agent for both of them is the same person, or was at one point
