I wouldn't mind Keefe tbh, plus I think he would do well in a place with less of a spotlight on him. The way the Leafs were able to buckle down defensively recently actually made me respect him.

Sullivan is still the guy I want most (if he is even canned), but I would not be upset with Keefe or Woodcroft. I don't really have much interest in Berube or Mclellan

I think it was @xbrokendownx who said it but the fact that the nhl just churns through the same like 40 dudes for head coaches in crazy.

 

yeah, I mean the NFL does a lot wrong, but every single offseason you have at least 3-4 new coordinators who get a shot to be a HC

in the NHL, its very rare that assistants make the jump. And even then, its typically a coach who dominates in the AHL or something

 

I know it's the oilers but knobloch turning their season around and making them cup favorites should be evidence for new blood.

Keefe might have been part of the problem, but when the problem is made up of like 50 different parts, I can't blame him too much.

If I was fortunate to be a fan of a different team, I'd be totally fine finding out he was the new coach.
