I'm having hot pockets for lunch, can't get more serious than that

 

One of my favorite things about my job not is when users just straight up lie to my face about something when I can see the logs!! This lady said she's not receiving email from a certain sender so I run a trace on her mailbox and show her that it was delivered and that maybe it went to a different folder or something and to try searching her whole inbox for it. She says she's searched and it's not there so I get on a remote session with her, search her entire mailbox, and it's in her fucking deleted items. Thank you for wasting my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
