Anyone who gives a gift at a wedding that isn't money is dumb

Well having a registry is setting yourself up to get things lol

 

this has been my gift of choice since i was like 13. i was not good at being a child lol.

 

josh's registry is just him holding open his wallet

 

from what I have been told by my fiance we're going to set up a registry that also has the option to give us money. some people are weird and won't just give money so, whatever

 

I didn't get cash as gifts because I was poor and most of my family was poor

 

is she having a bridal shower?

 

not that I'm aware of

 

that doesn't mean "no" though

 

this is why i asked for cash and let me tell you how much adults like it when a middle schooler implies they're poor

the bridal shower is where you get the physical gifts out the damn way and then its envelope season at the actual wedding

 

I do remember my dad taking me to a cd store on my 14th or 15th birthday and telling me I could just pick out 3 cds

lol the comment about buying CDs caught me off guard when talking about weddings

 

i used to not be an album person because i kept buying butt rock albums. turns out albums are good, it's Staind and Papa Roach that are bad.
