That didn’t stop Javon Hargrave from setting a career high 11 sacks last season, but Carter is a rookie so of course I have lower expectations for him

I do fully expect him to play the most DT snaps along with Fletcher Cox. I think they prefer Milton Williams exclusively in a rotational role as an undersized DT and Jordan Davis has his own unique role on the defense as the primary (and only) NT while he’ll certainly play in some four-man fronts on early downs.

It’ll be an interesting rotation to track, but I do expect Cox and Carter to be the primary guys.
