To be fair, the signs he was a little off were there all along.

He had a whole bunch of those little troll dolls all around the room and would stop mid lecture and just start talking to them. He also let us take them home with us to babysit for a week

Like 3 of my friends have had some testicle related surgery recently. For one of them, he came home and I decided to pick up some food for him. His order:
