At least Ikem and Neal are at a position that is notoriously slow developing though, there have been a decent sample size of good OT’s who weren’t good their first two years, whereas if a first round pass rusher ain’t showing you anything right away it’s a concern

 

Pass rushers develop slowly as well but Ikem has been horrible and Neal has been BAD bad bad.

Top 20 in pressures, higher win rate than Kayvon, same sacks as Aidan. Not too bad.

Nice to get confirmation about what I’ve been saying about Josh Allen and Andre Cisco. Says a lot as well that the Jags section only mentions our defense - like I’ve been saying, our offense may be disappointing but our defense has played at an All-Pro level in 8 of our 10 games so far

If anything we are too aggressive and that’s why some games get blown wide open, but we should also be able to rely on our QB and offense those times when our aggressive approach gets beat

Oh, I see the Eagles waived Derek Barnett

He was solid earlier in his career, though he never took the next step toward becoming a good edge rusher, let alone a great one. Would frequently get unnecessary roughness penalties, or other dumb ones and was eventually overtaken by Josh Sweat. I know he missed almost all of last season due to a torn ACL, but he had his worst season in 2021 and I think he's borderline nonexistent whenever he's on the field now.

Thanks for that fumble recovery though. We will never forget that shit :')
