The Giants actually have a difficult schedule this year (the whole NFC east does) so there AINTNOWAY they are making the playoffs this year.

I mean sure? I would hope that Pickett looked better the 2nd half of the year vs the first. That is usually how it goes with rookie QBs

I know I joke a lot in here, but I don't necessarily even dislike Pickett. But the fact remains that he has to have a much better statistical season this year than last if he wants to start being considered good. No matter how he "looks"

 

Obviously we have some differences, but Keenan Allen was perhaps the most glaring one to me. I’ve loved his game for many years, but this is the first year I’m finally concerned. With that said, I have him ranked as my WR21 in my fourth tier.

 

Man the nfc stinks on paper. Giants could def get in the playoffs lol.

 

the only things that would shock me in the NFC is if the Eagles and 49ers MISS the playoffs, and if the Cardinals and Rams MAKE the playoffs. Legitimately I could see any other range of outcomes.

 

if they were reversed (Pickett in 21 and Mac in 22), Pickett still would have QB5 in the much better 21 class and likely have gone as QB5 and Mac likely would have gone QB1 in the worse 22 class

 

Wouldn’t be shocked if the Niners missed the playoffs. Their offensive line, aside from Trent Williams, is garbage, their starting QB is coming off of elbow surgery, and their backup is Sam Darnold

 

Unless youre thinking it’s another year 3 teams from the NFC east make the playoffs, the Giants won’t make it.

That ain’t gonna happen again.

 

the 49ers are lucky to really only have the seahawks to compete with for that division

 

The Rams and Cardinals might win a combined six games lol

 

Lane, Brown, and Smith are new captains in addition to the six they had last year

 

I forgot there are 7 teams that make it now in the playoffs.

i mean

the NFC is bad. NFC South aint havin 2 playoff teams, the NFC North COULD have 3 if we are drinking the Love Punch (i am not nor should you), the NFC West COULD have 2.

I said over the summer that I truly think the Giants Seahawks and Lions will be the (3) teams competing for the 6 and 7 seeds.

 

It's too easy to make the playoffs now, it's dumb

 

and yet still many teams will not

 

Good more teams should not

 

the thing with the Niners missing the playoffs is that 7 other teams need to all out-play them

Dallas did 5 games with Cooper Rush starting last year and somehow improved their playoff standing, and the NFC looks even worse on paper this year; that’s mostly what I assume SF with Sam Darnold/Josh Johnson/Matt Ryan/the husk of Phil Rivers/basically anyone but Carson Wentz would do
