Ok…I’ll bite.

when games are competitive and close, some will claim it’s the in season tournaments that caused the excitement.

but in games when it’s blowouts, there are crickets…

which goes back to my original point, there have been exciting, competitive games in November/December for decades, just as there have been blowouts and clunkers.

im not denying the iST has maybe brought in more of the casual fan base, but as someone who has followed the league religiously for my whole life, it just still seems so gimmicky and an admission on the leagues part that prior to this season pre-Xmas games don’t matter much (which I don’t agree with)
