That absolutely gets it done imo. Idk man the answer is yes because it's Juan fucking soto but that would really hurt. Would much prefer to give them their pick of Yepez, Donovan, etc, the MLB level guys w lots of control than Winn. I've resigned myself to them getting Walker if it happens tho

 

In hindsight, imagine if the 50 mil went to Verlander instead of Donaldson (still dumping Gary for something else of course) Donaldson has just been such a nothing. And of course JV hurts the Astros in the process
