Seriously though, what are the Mets going to do with Cano next season? He's fine to be in a bench/play when needed role this season, but no way they have any use for him and his $20 million contract next year lol

 

Theyre stuck with him. He has a full no trade and even if the Mets got him to waive the no trade, theres probably not much of a market at all for him and whatever team was taking him would almost certainly have the mets picking up the majority of the contract as part of the agreement anyway.
