I used to like the good morning football people but they’ve turned into a hot take table like everyone else. Everyone on a network is just overreacting to one week and giving hot takes. Have to turn to websites and certain Twitter feeds for decent analysis

Foxworth is good when he’s not on TV or has someone level-headed like Kimes to converse with. That pancake segment with Jeff Saturday is the only thing I enjoy on ESPN TV. The new NFL Primetime is like watching Adam Lazzara mime sing through You’re So Last Summer.

Damn, we were really so close to seeing Cooks go to Ceedee Lamb’s team and outperform him / BE the receiver everyone’s still waiting for Lamb to be in the NFL, and still get underrated during his 7th 1000 yard season hahaha

 

I can’t even be excited about losing. Pretty clear this coaching staff probably isn’t it. Yet they’re not going to get rid of them after year two. So now you get a rookie QB with a coach that probably isn’t going to be around

we’re basically doing what the Bears did with Fields.

 

Idk, from an outside perspective, I think the Lions are doing a better job than the Bears have. At least they have ARSB, Jameson Williams, and a good offensive line for a rookie QB to have for support. I’m not sold on Campbell and that coaching staff, but at least there’s some reason for optimism in Detroit beyond this year.
