Bill Walton is the worst.

 

The sculpted like Michaelangelo and painted like Leonardo line Walton dropped tonight was particularly awful.

Bill Walton makes me turn the sound off and play music while I watch the game. That's normally not a bad thing, but I lose the sound of the sneakers squeaking and that stinks.

Umm... yes? Why would you believe otherwise? The squeaky noise hurts my ears, I'm supposed to enjoy it or I don't like basketball? Haha cmon mike

 

I don't know if I can handle another Duke game like last night. Sheesh.

 

I mean to each their own, but that is just very odd to me haha. I've never heard someone into the sport say they dislike that sound. I am a gym rat though. For me, basketball and squeaky shoes are like peanut butter and jelly. It's very comparable to walking into a place that is playing a song you really enjoy or seeing a favorite song performed live for that matter. There is a certain feeling attached with the shoes squeaking and the basketballs bouncing on the floor that is just awesome. Hearing that on tv helps when you're stuck at home.

Ditto. I haven't had the up and down emotions like this in forever, I go between "holy shit you're all very amazing" to "this is the worst team and the worst defense in years, you're getting bounced early" multiple times a game. In the span of minutes.
