Reading as much as I can about Embiid and I still have no idea what to think, if it’s a grade 2 sprain it seems like he’d miss the series, grade 1 sounds like he could come back but there’d still be some risk… I want him to be back asap not just for competitive reasons but also the Celtics are the type of team to somehow play worse at times knowing a team is missing someone important

The article I read said it seemed it could be somewhere in between grade 1 and 2 (not sure if that’s even possible) but I think they based it on the fact the Sixers have been kind of mixed on whether he’s gonna play soon, so if that’s the case it very well could be grade 2 and he would most likely miss the series (again, truly hope that’s not the case)

From what I'm reading, if it's worse than a grade 1, he should miss the whole series. (Whether they let him play through it is anyone's guess.) The reports about the severity have been pretty conflicting, though, so it's tough to know for sure. Sixers are going to have to work some magic to keep this competitive, but stranger things have happened. And bizarrely enough, this is when Doc has done his best coaching.

Embiid's body is just not built to last through the regular season and then postseason. I wonder how this will affect what Morey does in the offseason, especially if Harden walks.

Go Nugs, even though I don’t love watching them and have a grudge against Murray (he’s in my personal parlay ruiner HOF)

Is Aaron Gordon underrated ? Dude always seems to be doing well and he put up nice numbers this year but I feel like I barely hear anything about him

So far interesting to see the Suns play against a team who actually has their players

Really, as it stands now, anything less than a championship is such a let down for Boston the way the playoffs have unfolded so far.

Agreed, I’d really like a Kings Celtics finals tbh, not that I am underestimating them or scared of other teams, just think it would be very rad

That would be very fun and enjoyable for me as well. I want nothing to do with the Warriors though at this point they’re the favorites IMO

Agreed, still get flashbacks from last years finals, kings winning that last one on the road was big so I really think the kings can take game 7 too but the realist in me is always aware of the potential for Curry and Klay to go next level and then the Kings would be fucked just like we were in the finals
