Will Smith coming into the postseason and straight up dealing and not getting hardly any trouble at all in any of hours outings, was perhaps the most surprising storyline for the Braves this postseason. Yes, the injuries and deadline acquisitions will obviously be the focal point on this championship, but before the last week or two of the regular season, Smith was so bad Inwas afraid even if we made the postseason we wouldn’t be able to keep any lead. Also Matzek turning into a cheat code was beautiful. He was solid during the redial season, be he literally turned into an ace relief pitcher and delivered some of the most memorable moments of the postseason for me.

Yeah, Will Smith has fully redeemed himself. He was certainly on the short list for most hated Braves player of all time this summer. But in the post-season it got to the point where I felt good about him in the game? Strange.
