Seems to be an abundance of garbage "pitchers" in blow out games this year.

MLB needs to get an Angels game on national TV at LEAST once a week. Its unconscionable to continue burying that team. I want to see the Angels on ESPN as much as I see the Warriors.

Me, growing up as a kid in Little league: Submarine pitchers are so cool!

Me, an adult: Submarine pitchers are morons.

Maybe just broadcast Ohtani starts and cut in whenever him and Trout are batting like they did with McGwire and Sosa in 1998.

FLUSHING, N.Y., May 18, 2021 — The New York Mets have announced the following update regarding outfielder Kevin Pillar. After being hit by a pitch in the top of the seventh inning last night, Pillar suffered multiple nasal fractures. He will be meeting with a facial specialist in Atlanta to determine next steps.

yeah he's gonna be gone for a while :cringe:

I wish I lived anywhere except where I do when it comes to baseball. My cheap option are Phillies games.

baseball for me is never really a cheap option considering the costs factoring into transportation. jealous of a friend of mine who lives in Flushing and is like 3 stops on the 7 from citi field.

I went to Tacombi in West Village this weekend and our bill was like $300. No idea how that happened but here we are.
