It’s honestly amazing to me how deGrom is the best pitcher in baseball and only needs to use 3 pitch types to do it.

 

He just goes up to the plate and mashes.

And doesn't even use his changeup much from what I've seen right?

 

The fact that the Mets refuse to score for deGrom makes him all the more impressive since he goes into every game knowing he has to be ridiculously good to even hope for a win
