If the bridge to the closer was as automatic as it was last year then I would say do it. They've had a great month but I still don't have a lot of trust in Peralta to get those outs. Maybe if Corbin Burnes figures it out next year.

He gets very unorthodox when the games are do-or-die like this. I'm surprised they never tried using an opener since they have a lot of guys who are lights out for an inning or two. Might be related to not having enough bench players with a normal roster or something.
