I’ve watched a million fan fight videos over the years and I just can’t imagine ever being that heated about what a stranger says to me about other strangers who would not give one shit if I got my ass kicked to “defend” them to fight someone. I know alcohol is involved in 101% of these but still, just not gonna happen

 

Curious about something, in the last minute of the game the Islanders dumped the puck and it went out of play and hit the netting, but play continued cause the refs missed it. If they scored after that, could Tampa have challenged that and have the goal overturned? My guess is no but idk if that is actually spelled out in the rules anywhere.

 

No and I was hoping they would score for maximum chaos

"After a goal is scored a coach is allowed to challenge the call if the goal resulted from a play that was offside, a call was missed that should have resulted in a stoppage of play, or to challenge a goal or no goal based on a goaltender interference call. The referee will use video review to determine whether the goal was good or not. If the coach is wrong, his team will receive a minor penalty."

I think he could've challenged because puck over glass was a missed stoppage of play
