Why would a league minimum one year deal affect Machado at all?

 

Going off of just a clog at SS but Drew had a good point regarding health and all of that.

 

Half a mil is nothing to eat if Manny signs there. I guess there may still be room on the roster if they give Jacoby the ol Pablo Sandoval as they should the second he's healthy.

Doubt this means anything as far as Manny goes.

 

It’s funny reading this from a Sox perspective because we spend like crazy and almost all of it is bad. Our core is all draft picks. Martinez is the only impact hitter we didn’t draft. Our rotation is huge cash but we have soooo much dead money on the books from bad free agent signings.

Like, I'm as big a stan for Andujar as anyone, and I really hope the Yankees keep him ... I think his future is super bright and he's just a rookie and should have great years to come ... but ... yeah, the bWar isn't even in the same ballpark. Haha.

It'll def be weird rooting for LA when Harper goes there. I was offended when MLB promoted Stanton and Muncy together for the final AS vote like sorry I'm supposed to be cool with the Dodgers why? Lol
