It hurt me so much when I discovered they changed the name

I didn't even know it till I played The Show and it said Globe Life Park and I said out loud "Where the hell is this stadium" and welp it's in Arlington

I have so many find ond memo growing up going to games there that it'll only ever be The Ballpark to me. For awhile it was also called Ameriquest Field too.

Ok I need somebody smarter than me to explain service time to me. I see tons of arguments about Miguel Andujar. He played last year, baseball reference says he has 0.020 service time, as I understand that's 20 days yes? The site also says he's a free agent in 2024. So his service time clock is officially running right? Does it like pause if he starts in AAA?

Not really into the coverage of this fringe prospect domestic violence video. Sure it’s easy for the media and teams and players to vocally condemn the non-white, minor league player, as they should. But what about the fringe white players currently on rosters (Derek Norris), or the superstars still enjoying huge contracts and media adulation even after facing discipline (Aroldis Chapman)?

Bobby Cox, Evan Reed, Addison Russell, Josh Lueke, Jose Reyes, it’s not a problem unique to baseball but it’s so glaringly obvious that as long as a player has on-field value, their abuse is secondary, even when there’s the “appearance” of discipline.

 

Where is Alex Cobb rumored to sign? I just picked him up in my keeper league
