The Nats are the best team in the NL East. I don’t get how we’re 6.5 games up.

 

I absolutely can’t stand Trea Turner.

Yeah that shits hilarious. That’s all I think about when I hear him now.

 

Joe is in there tonight grumbling about the umps and Chip is basically just giggling like an idiot at everything he says. I really hate this duo. Frenchy is a bit of a doofus, but I feel like when he’s the analyst Chip takes on a more alpha dog role in the booth and is actually one of the better play by play guys around. He’s just a bumbling idiot clown next to Joe.

With that said, Paul Byrd is the best analyst. I like it when he gets a shot in the booth. Insightful, speaks clearly, enthusiastic about the game, no clear old school/new school bias. It really should be Paul and Chip.

 

Paul and Frenchy would be the ideal duo.

 

According to Twitter, I was right to sit this one out. Looks like the best thing the Rays have produced for the last 5 games is this insane Oliver Drake pitch.
