I used the Play Index to try 11 runs/1 hit, all the way to 25runs/15 hits. The 10 or more gap doesn't exist. I wonder if I should keep going, or no.

 

I think the answer is 7. I can't find a bigger gap.

Alternatively, there has been 19 games where a team has scored a run while being no-hit. The most is 4, which happened in 1990. The White Sox won 4-0 over the Yankees. Three players reached on errors.
