No excuse for the fielding but if Boone had any clue they still should have won the series. I can't get over how bad his decisions were.

Not only did the 2011 Cardinals start the season terribly, they also only won like 6 or 7 games in June if memory serves

FUCKING KIDDING ME

 

Aaron Altherr our best pitcher.

 

This team is fucking fucked if they don't get this pitching thing figured out.

 

Hopefully things like yesterday get them out of denial that the pitching is 'fine' and they make some moves that are out there.

 

Crazy that Kimbrel is still out there. He must be sticking to his asking length cause there's no way he hasn't gotten offers.

 

You know what's crazy ? I'd even take Bud Norris at this point.

 

The awful part is I knew this would happen with the pitching. Everybody knew this would happen, I know it's still early but the pen will absolutely be toasted if a starter can't get to at least the 6th inning.

 

Clev went from being pulled for precautionary reasons, to missing one start, to not picking up a baseball for six weeks to possible surgery.

I'd be stunned if he threw another pitch this season. Guy has Cy Young talent.

 

Candelario has looked like a fish out of water these past two seasons. Ugh.

 

We don't appreciate Khris Davis and his quest to hit dingers enough
