2011 Topps Baseball Value Box Mike Trout Update RC, Bryce Harper Bowman Chrome

If you wanna see something crazy. I bought 3 of these boxes back when they came out. Trying to pull a Trout. Didn't get one. I think it was a 20 dollar box. This just sold for 550. A box that I didn't even pull a Trout rookie out of in THREE tries. Blows my mind lol

 

That 2011 Topps Update Trout RC is iconic. If I ever came into some cash, I'd love to have one some day. I don't even need a 10 or anything, I don't really care about grading at all.

Are they still like $200-300 or have they gone up?

Looks like they're going 350-500 right now. I actually have a gold one put away. After I bombed on those 3 boxes I picked up one for 35 bucks (this is beginning of 2012 of course lol). I wish I had more but I feel lucky to have that one for sure. Never graded it, I don't think I could send something out that valuable, my anxiety would go nuts haha

 

That's awesome you have that gold, those look so nice from what I can see on ebay. Do you have in an underground bunker or something??

 

Yeah I love the gold. I keep that and a few more in a bank. Couple of my other big boys are a 2014 Topps Update Mookie Betts black and Judge's 2013 Bowman Chrome auto refractor, a few Harpers. I don't buy a ton really but I made a couple of really good buys, got lucky haha
