This Phillies team loves Harper and they might murder someone if they throw at him

Everybody Washington affiliated in that stadium deserved the fuck out of that bat flip

 

I’m happy to report I will be attending a few Grizzlies games this weekend because $10 tickets and I’m not very hyped to see a Nationals affiliate with no Harper.

(They are affiliated with them now in case you missed my posting about that)

 

How did the Rockies lose that game?

 

He alone has more home runs then the Angels do as a whole.

Nationals fans are complaing that Harper has personality in Philly and didn't have it in Washington lol.

 

Philly just has a swagger that Washington never has had whatsoever.

 

I mean I know it's early still but this team reminds me of the Eagles SB team.

 

lol. This baseball team after 4 games reminds me of a football team who won a Super Bowl with a backup QB.

I know it’s early but this dodger team reminds me of the dodgers team of 2017 and 2018.

Blake Snell smoked them with all 4 pitches in his arsenal, shaky defensive half inning by the Rockies when Rays had bases loaded, and the Rays bullpen continues to shutdown late innings.

 

I wish I could go to my former employer and do a bat flip in their face for not paying me...

Well, you can't just flip the bat. First, you gotta like, get paid substantially more than they were offering and maybe steal some business from them.

I'm actually really surprised how McCutchen has started the season.

 

Not just directed to you but a lot of the talk I’ve been seeing since last night: This whole narrative is already tired and hilarious. Imagine if Bryce batflipped like that while in DC — frequently got ripped for way less. Imagine Bryce left Philly for DC and how their fans would react (eg Werth). DC isnt a sports town, DC booed too much. It’s all stupid. Personally, I would’ve cheered him first then booed (think most people of this mindset stayed home) because it’s what makes baseball fun — it’s about rivalries and villains. Fans are emotional and don’t care about the minutiae of who’s to blame for why he’s still not here, they’re just pissed/upset he’s in Philly.
