I'm a bitter A-Rod fan from his Rangers days

 

sometimes baseball is better without commentary honestly. When the gf is around and i have the game on, and the crowd isn't roaring (which is most of the time), the game of baseball can sound really really boring. But if it's just in the background without sound, for non baseball fans, it can be just background filler

 

Yes, it was pretty awesome. I love that man.

 

She has to tolerate me everyday. Compromise is necessary!

 

One time I was at my father-in-laws and the Braves broadcast didn’t have commentary for some odd reason. Just the sounds of the game and crowd. It was a surreal, and amazing viewing experience.

 

So when Mookie is a FA in '21 the Sox will have 136 mil committed to 7 players

 

I love good baseball commentary - just not ESPNs. And to be fair, i think ESPN has the worst broadcasting crews across most sports i can see.

And to hammer that home, we are watching Matt V talk to Bryce Harper about doing dishes and making clown jokes.

 

When I met my girlfriend she never understood why Philadelphia cares and is crazy about it's sports so much but now she's a fucking lunatic watching games lol.

 

And claiming he wishes Larry Bowa was his coach. Come the fuck on.

 

I would pay extra money on my cable bill for an option to have no announce crew.

 

Great, I see we're on ESPN tomorrow night against the Cubs too.

 

I listen to the games on the radio

 

Matt V was fun and I always enjoyed him doing MLB The Show but I feel he just gets more annoying every year I'm not sure why

 

So every year me and my brother do mlb over/unders and we 0ut $20 per team.

I admit my Phillies under 88.5 might have been the worst pick. I completely forgot about them getting realmuto and about hoskins. I kept saying just McCutchen and Harper isnt gonna make them that much better. But yeah the Phil's got a good ball club... comes down to pitching outside of nola and bullpen but lineup is great

I've been able to appreciate him a lot more now that I don't just see him once in a blue moon. I didn't realize how great he is.

 

Ender in particular looked slowed as shit a couple innings ago.

 

I'm sure we just didnt have the pieces but yeah getting jt would have been awesome

 

Really happy that Yonny put together a quality start today after the speculation that game 4 would be a bullpen day. If he can pitch like this consistently, executing the splitter and split-change to great effect like today, I’d love to have him out there every 5 days.
