My mom is an Eagles fan and her birthday is coming up so I took a picture of my son in an Eagles shirt and will frame it and give it to her as a gift. I probably should just start embracing the fact that he will like the Eagles since that's what everyone at school will like. SIgh.

 

Okay so I have a funny story about this. Apologies if too real.

A few years ago when I was going chemo, I found out one of my drugs contained platinum. I spent weeks screaming “i’m Going Platinum!” And “My naaaaaaaaame is kiiiid Rock.”

My nurses hated me lol

 

My dad has always had a dark/weird sense of humor but man, when he was diagnosed with colon cancer (he's completely fine and healed now!!!) it turned even crazier, haha

Dad: "Son, grab me a Diet Dr Pepper while you're up."

Me: "Huh? I'm sitting on the couch and you just came from the kitchen..."

Dad: "Son, I have cancer. WTF?"

hahaha

I was able to turn my neice into an Eagles fan, her father is a Cowboys fan.

 

I'm just glad that making your kid be a Browns fan is no longer seen as child cruelty.

Lol my girlfriend actually made up a deck of cards for me that said "Cancer Card" on them. Anytime I wanted someone to do something, I could play the cancer card and they HAD to do it. My roommate had to kill a lot of spiders for me thanks to those things.
