Is shazier just mad about leveon? What a gross overreaction to a jersey they look fine lol

 

I'm sure the Jets are heartbroken that they won't be selling any new merchandise to a member of the Steelers.

 

it’s weird I’m in the minority that hates those jerseys

 

Most HS jerseys run laps around NFL jerseys just sayin'

 

I think the jerseys are an upgrade but I really didn’t like their previous jersey

 

for those who work in an office - do you have two monitors at your desk? how long have you had them?

was talking to people at work about how we all have 2 monitors and how i remember getting a second monitor at a job in... 2015(?) and thinking it was weird to have 2 but it became the new normal almost immediately and it makes me wonder if / when we'll eventually get to 3.

(if anyone has watched or read "The Circle" by Dave Eggers, one of the low running jokes is the workers constantly getting more and more monitors and phones and equipment until they have like 7-8 per person).

 

I have 2 monitors and my laptop. I feel like its sucking my soul out of my body every damn day

 

At my current job, everyone has two monitors. At my last job, it was a 50-50 split. I got one in early 2017 I think. I wasn't the first - anyone who wanted a second one could request it and it was never denied, but some people never wanted more than one

 

I have 2. Never thought I wanted/needed 2, but now I am never going back to 1

 

I have 3 and I honestly can't imagine working without 3 anymore

 

I had two at my last job, but only one at my current job. I really miss having two.

 

I just did a timeline in my head and have used 2 monitors every workday for about 12 years straight and that spans across 5 different jobs/industries.

 

I wish I had two for at home.

 

Impossible to get work done with one monitor

 

At my last job, I co-opted a 27" flat screen TV from the IT department and used it as an enormous monitor on my desk. It was amazing.

I also used to have a monitor that was used exclusively for reviewing contracts in PDF form, so it was always in portrait orientation and it was interesting but very useful.

 

Our business analysts have their monitors set up in this way, if I ever get promoted I'll have to start doing that haha

 

I'm in Excel all day so I need that on one and whatever else on the other

 

I'm gonna mess with my monitor now and see if it's able to be switched. It's really convenient.

 

Part of my last job was manually calculating commissions that had 2,000+ rows with about 50 columns or so and that enormous TV at default it would display down to like row 100 and column AM or something, haha

 

Stupid monitor doesn't rotate, what a piece of trash.

goddamn! i was not expecting such jubilant conversation on this topic, that's awesome lol

some of the managers here still have only 1 monitor by choice and i couldn't fathom having just 1. the little that i work on my laptop while bouncing between buildings on campus or working at home suuuuuuuuck because it's just the 1 screen. makes me wonder if i'll ever say this about "only" have 2 if / when we start to move to 3.

 

Apparently Demarcus Lawrence's surgery has about a 4-month long recovery time, so even if they got a contract done and did the surgery immediately right now today, then he still would barely be ready for preseason.

Ugh.

 

I have 2 but can’t imagine ever needing 3 unless the 3rd was being used for something non-work related

When I work remote, I just use my laptop as a laptop and am fine for 80% of what I do and then just save the other 20% for when I’m at my desk again
