if Rodgers is right/healthy, there is no way I am counting the Packers out, especially considering the moves they've made so far no matter who their coach is

remember they also have two first round picks

 

Rodgers wasn't his god-like elite self last year, but he was still great and they had a very disappointing season ending up 6-9-1 with a seasoned head coach. Bringing in a brand new guy and expecting them to be better immediately is overly optimistic, imo

 

calling McCarthy a seasoned head coach is overly optimistic - they were largely 6-9-1 because of their coach

 

Yeah there's TONS of reason they can expect to rebound

It's not a guarantee of course (nothing is) but yeah we should absolutely not count the Packers out with all the ammo they have to be a contender. I had actually forgotten they had 2 1sts till your post

 

Packers should go WR and OLine high in the draft

 

Bucks will still somehow lose in round 1 to restore balance

 

will the Packers be 12-4? Probably not but if things go their way health wise they should win between 9-11 games

 

Packers should go after tannehill

Okay, and 9 wins isn't what I'd consider a consistent threat, which is what my original statement was.
